Mini Mario and Friends: Amiibo Challenge just came out for free on the 3DS and Wii U eShop. Mini Mario and Friends: Amiibo Challenge revolves around using different amiibo to solve Mario vs Donkey Kong style puzzles. Although amiibo are greatly encouraged to have at hand in this game, Mini Mario and Friends: Amiibo Challenge has an extra mini you can play as without having a single amiibo. As for which amiibo are supported, the Mario, Luigi, Toad, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Bowser, Bowser Jr, Peach and Rosalina amiibo are all supported in this game, and each have special skills. For example, Mario can wall jump, and Yoshi can eat small enemies. That’s about it for now, but be sure to look out for my first impressions on the game which I should be posting in a few days. I don’t think this game will be anything Earth shattering, but it looks fine for a free game.
Are you excited to try it out? Tell me in the comments. As always, don’t forget to like the post, and follow my blog. I also wouldn’t mind if you shared the post on social media, and remember to stay tuned to Ninterd News for more on Mario and more reviews, news and Nintendo coverage.
